What is "My Watchlist"?
If you have seen an item you would like to bid on, but aren't ready to bid just yet, you can add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist will then keep a running tab of all auction activity around this item - like the latest amount bid on the item and when the auction for that item will be closing. If at any stage you want to bid on the item, you can do so from within your watchlist.

How often is my Auction Points balance updated?
Every day and as often as you play. As you are wagering, your Loyalty Points and your corresponding Auction Points will be calculated automatically. Auction Points are available within 24 hours. So as you play, so you will see your Auction Points balance growing!

How do I know what the status of my bid is?
If you click on "My History" you'll be able to access the full information on what bids you've taken part in, whether you have been successful or not, your Auction Points balance and how these points were earned.

How do I know if I have won a bid?
We will send you an e-mail to let you know you've won. You will need to update your delivery details for this item within the Auction interface. Once it's on its way to you, we'll send you another e-mail to confirm the shipping details.

What happens if I don't win the bid?
Your Auction Points are automatically credited back to your Auction account, so you have the chance to bid on another great item! You can view the details of all the bids you take part in, and their status, in the "My History" section of Auctions.

How long will it take for me to receive the item I have successfully bid on?
This will depend on where you live. The e-mail with your tracking number will confirm when you can expect your delivery.

If I place a bid and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my bid?
No. Once you've bid on an item, you've committed to the bid, so please bid wisely.

Can I buy any auction items?
No - the winning bid will be the person who has the highest bid at the time the Auction closes. But if you add your favorite items to your watchlist, and use your calendar reminder, you'll be reminded of when the bid will be closing and can place your final bet!

Where do I go to change my personal details with Belle Rock Entertainment?
Please visit the "My Details" section by clicking on the "My Accounts" tab in your casino software. Alternatively you can contact our Support Team for further assistance. Please remember - this information will update your records with us. However, the "Delivery Details" section in the Auction pages will show the very last address that you entered in the Auction system.
