This can sometimes happen if there is a loss of connection in the internet, or if the servers of any of the processing companies have gone down temporarily. If your deposit was via one of our web wallet options, such as NETeller or Click2Pay, you will need to contact the web wallet provider directly, and ask for a reference number. With NETeller accounts, this is known as an NT number. Once you have this reference number, please forward this to us, along with the date and amount of the deposit, and we will be happy to investigate further for you.

If your withdrawal is still in the 24 hour pending period, all you need do is access the banking menu, and click on “Reverse Withdrawal”.
